This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Lobby ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the mobile application Text Slide – Scrolling Text (the "App"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App does not require you to create an account, and we do not directly collect your name, email address, or physical address. However, the App and the third-party services it uses collect certain information automatically:
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used. This includes:
On iOS, in regions where a consent message is required (the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), Firebase Analytics starts in a restricted mode (Google Consent Mode). Until you give consent in the App's consent message, it does not store analytics or advertising identifiers on your device and only sends limited, non-identifying signals. Analytics follows the choices you make in that message, and you can change them at any time with the Privacy Options button in the App.
We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to automatically collect crash reports and diagnostic logs when the App encounters an error, so we can identify and fix bugs. This may include device state and a technical stack trace at the time of the crash.
The free version of the App displays ads served through Google AdMob. AdMob and its advertising partners may collect and process:
Where required by applicable law (for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), we ask for your consent to personalized advertising and data processing through a consent management platform before any such data is collected, in accordance with Google's EU User Consent Policy. You can review or change your choice at any time from the Privacy Options button available in the App.
On iOS, we additionally request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before using the IDFA for cross-app tracking.
The App offers two optional purchases: "Text Slide Plus", an auto-renewing annual subscription that removes ads and unlocks the Plus features while it is active, and "Remove Ads Forever", a one-time purchase that only removes ads and does not unlock the Plus features (see our Terms of Use). Purchases are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store — we never see or store your payment card details.
We use RevenueCat as a subscription-management service to verify purchase receipts and determine your entitlement status (e.g. whether you are a paying/subscribed user). RevenueCat receives a pseudonymous app user identifier, purchase/subscription events, and transaction identifiers from the app stores — not your name, email, or payment details.
The messages you type, the designs you save, and your editor settings are stored only on your device. They are not uploaded to us or to any third-party service, and analytics events never include the text of your messages. Uninstalling the App deletes this locally stored content.
When the App starts, it checks the Apple App Store or Google Play Store for a newer version so it can suggest an update. This request sends the App's store identifier and your country/region to the respective store; it does not include any personal content.

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law, tax, or accounting obligations. Analytics and crash data are retained according to Google Firebase's default retention settings.
Our service providers (Google, Apple, RevenueCat) may process and store information on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where applicable, such transfers are made subject to appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.
